Beef Sirloin Steak
Beef sirloin is the ideal cut for those who love tender, flavorful meat without the fuss. All you need are a few well-chosen ingredients — garlic, rosemary, and quality oil — and precise cooking to create a fragrant, refined dish that’s surprisingly quick to make. Perfect for a more restrained barbecue, but full of taste.

Ingredients
- 4 sirloin steaks (200–250 g each)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Take the meat out of the fridge at least 40 minutes before grilling — this is key to even cooking. Prepare a marinade with oil, crushed garlic, and chopped rosemary, and massage it well into each steak. Add black pepper and let rest at room temperature.
Heat the grill thoroughly and cook each steak 2–3 minutes per side for rare, or a few more minutes if you prefer them well done. Only salt at the end, using coarse salt.
Let the meat rest for 3–5 minutes before serving so the juices stay inside and each bite is tender and flavorful. Serve with a drizzle of raw olive oil and, if you like, a few fresh rosemary needles on top.
Enjoy your meal!
