Risotto with our Sugo Mushrooms
					A creamy and fragrant risotto made with our Sugo Mushrooms De Luca Family Food. A simple dish to prepare, perfect for bringing the authentic flavor of Italian mushrooms to your table.

					Ingredients
				- 320 g Carnaroli rice
- 1 jar of Sugo Mushrooms De Luca Family Food
- Vegetable broth, as needed
- 4 tablespoons grated Grana Padano
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
				Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan and toast the rice for 1–2 minutes, stirring until the grains become glossy.
Add a ladle of hot vegetable broth and cook the risotto, continuing to add more broth as it is absorbed.
When the rice is almost cooked, pour in the contents of the Sugo Mushrooms jar and mix well.
Rinse the jar with a spoonful of hot broth and add it to the pan as well, so none of the sauce goes to waste.
Add the grated Grana Padano, stir, and cover with a lid.
Turn off the heat and let the risotto rest for one minute to become perfectly creamy.
Serve hot, topped with cheese shavings or a drizzle of raw olive oil.
